We offer four main models, along with many options like manual or motorized, 100+ fabrics, different mounting options, wind-rain-heat sensors, a lighting system, and drop down valance. In other words, have a shading solution to fit your budget and taste.
Tension Shades & Canopies
Tension shades are designed to fit an existing structure like a sunroom or pergola. They roll up like an awning and are only available with motorized operation. They can cover up to 23’ in length and extend out up to 20’. A mounting structure is available if none currently exists
For free standing or large areas our folding canopy system works great! Canopies are available in motorized or manual versions, this is the perfect way to make your backyard more enjoyable — regardless of whether it’s sharing a meal with friends and family, or just relaxing. We can provide an aluminum structure to hang the canopy from if none exists. Drop down solar shades are available to give you complete solar control and comfort as needed.
Shades that Shield Sun, Bugs, Wind & Neighbors
Our drop down shades are made for outdoors, but can be used to shade either indoor or outdoor spaces. They come encased in an aluminum cassette for storage protection, and offer either solution-dyed fabric or open weave screening with up to 95% solar rejection. Choose either manual or motorized operation. All screens come with cable, rod, or track guides to hold them in place. A special zipper track is used for bug free enclosures. Kool View also offers a patio style roof with side closure shades, to give you a bug-free, open-air enclosed screen room. You can even use the shades as a projection screen!
Horizontal Privacy Shades
Horizontal shades are the perfect way to get that extra privacy when needed. With up to 8’ of height and 13’ of projection, you can screen an entire dinning or conversation area. These shades can be attached to an existing structure or installed as a free-standing unit out in the yard. They are a great idea for condo living. Just pull the shade … privacy made!
