Experience the Outdoors 365 Days a Year, No Matter What the Weather, with a 4-Season Room
For those who can’t get enough of the outdoors, but sometimes like the climate-controlled comfort of the indoors, a 4-season room (also referred to as an all-season room) strikes the perfect balance. Built with double-pane glass windows, insulated floors and thermally engineered framing, 4-season rooms provide robust insulation year-round — and integrate with your HVAC — to keep you comfortable while you enjoy the outdoors.
4-season rooms are highly customizable, and in addition to keeping the temperature just right, they also make it possible to enjoy nature and natural light without having to deal with bugs, debris, direct sunlight, wet or wintery weather.
4-season rooms tend to be more expensive than 3-season rooms because of the materials used.
4-season rooms have two available options for framing:
Mixed Materials Frame: Vinyl with Steel & Aluminum Reinforcement The strength of steel/aluminum, coupled with a low-maintenance vinyl exterior. Vinyl provides superior insulation as compared to aluminum, adding higher energy efficiency to this framing option. Cost is typically less than an all-aluminum option.
All-Aluminum Frame This 100% aluminum frame offers great durability and weather resistance. Since aluminum conducts heat these frames include thermal breaks to prevent heat transfer/condensation. Powder coated for a fade-free finish, an all-aluminum frame may require higher maintenance than a mixed materials frame. Available in slim, modern-looking profiles.
